Today was the last of the spin classes. It was set up with one of our contacts to do some spin classes at the Lakewood YMCA. The object was for us to get the word out about the ride, have the Y promote it a little and maybe raise some extra money. Unfortunately these were not very successful.
Three of us showed up to spin tonight. Only one (Michelle) participated in the class. These things are very popular and she was the only one to get a bike. Oh well, Mark and I didn't complain too much. We are going on a 75 miler in the morning.

I almost forgot. I met with a student at one of the high schools in Lakewood today to work on a small poster for the ride. It turned out pretty well. There is the picture at right, patches from the agencies that lost an officer this year and our sponsors logos. I will get it in .jpg and post it.
